By accessing or using Heyo ("the Service", "the Platform"), operated by Unlimit Lab Limited (Company Number: 16925967), a company registered in England and Wales with its principal place of business in Gloucester, United Kingdom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and our Community Guidelines (collectively, the "Agreement").
If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Unlimit Lab Limited.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 30 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request deletion of your account.
Heyo is a creator discovery, link-in-bio, and audience engagement platform that enables:
The Service is provided on a freemium model. Basic browsing, discovery, and following features are free. Premium features require a paid subscription as described in Section 8.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Heyo. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or terminate any account where we have reason to believe the user is under 18.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
You may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or for any other purpose is a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension or termination of all associated accounts.
We may require you to verify your identity or the information you have provided. Failure to complete verification may result in limited access to certain features or suspension of your account.
Creators may designate individual links on their profile as containing age-restricted ("18+") content. When a visitor clicks on such a link, they will be presented with an age verification prompt requiring confirmation that they are 18 years of age or older before proceeding to the external content.
By clicking "Yes, I am 18+" on an age-restricted link, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Heyo is not responsible for the content of external links, including age-restricted ones. Creators are solely responsible for correctly marking their links as age-restricted where appropriate.
Failure by a creator to appropriately mark content as age-restricted may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
When you register, you will select a username (handle) that will form part of your public profile URL (e.g., Heyo.to/yourname). Usernames must:
We reserve the right to change, reclaim, or reassign your username at any time, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to situations where:
Where reasonably practicable, we will attempt to notify you in advance, but we are under no obligation to do so. You will not be entitled to compensation for any username change.
We may reclaim usernames of accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months. We will attempt to notify you via your registered email address 30 days before reclamation.
You retain all ownership rights to content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Unlimit Lab Limited (trading as Heyo) a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content solely in connection with providing, promoting, and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or our Community Guidelines. We may use automated systems, manual review, or a combination to moderate content.
If you believe any User Content violates these Terms or applicable laws, you may report it to report@Heyo.to. We will review reports promptly and take appropriate action.
Important: Content Responsibility
All legal issues arising from creator-uploaded content, including but not limited to videos, images, text, and links, will be directly handled by the Influencer/Creator. Heyo acts solely as a hosting platform.
By uploading any content to Heyo, including videos, images, thumbnails, descriptions, and associated metadata, you (the "Creator" or "Influencer") assume full and sole legal responsibility for that content. This includes but is not limited to:

We employ automated detection systems and rate limiting to prevent scraping and abuse. We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate against violators, including immediate termination without notice, blocking IP addresses, and pursuing legal remedies.
Violations involving personal data may be reported to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
All content on the Heyo platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, the compilation of content, and the overall design and layout, is the property of Unlimit Lab Limited or its licensors and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The Heyo name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Unlimit Lab Limited. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
Unauthorized recording, screenshotting, downloading, or distribution of any content available on the Platform (including but not limited to creator profiles, media kits, or exclusive linked materials) is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Any user found capturing or redistributing such content without the express written permission of the content owner will face immediate account suspension, permanent banning from Heyo, and potentially legal action for copyright infringement, violation of privacy, or breach of contract. We cooperate fully with creators and law enforcement to identify and prosecute individuals involved in content piracy.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with written notice at legal@Heyo.to containing:
Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
Heyo offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Free features include browsing, discovery, following creators, and basic profile creation. Paid features are described on our Pricing page and include enhanced analytics, profile customisation, media kits, and brand tools.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable VAT.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
We reserve the right to suspend, downgrade, or terminate any subscription at any time, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to situations where:
Where we terminate a subscription due to our change in service (and not due to your violation), we will provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion. Where termination is due to your violation, no refund will be provided.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. Your continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason (the "cooling-off period"). To exercise this right, notify us at billing@Heyo.to. If you have used the Service during the cooling-off period, you may be charged for the service provided up to the point of cancellation.
Unlimit Lab Limited reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service, with or without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:
We may, but are not obligated to, provide advance warning before taking action against your account. The severity and type of action taken will be determined by us at our sole discretion.
Upon termination:
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
If you believe your account has been suspended or terminated in error, you may appeal by contacting appeals@Heyo.to within 30 days. We will review your appeal and respond within 14 working days, but we are not obligated to reverse our decision.
Unlimit Lab Limited, trading as Heyo, is the data controller for personal data collected through this Platform. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under reference ZC097708.
We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).

Heyo facilitates connections between brands and creators through our brand tools. All transactions between brands and creators conducted through the Platform are subject to a 15% commission payable to Heyo. Payments are held in escrow until the agreed deliverables are completed.
In the event of a dispute between a brand and creator regarding a transaction, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through our internal dispute resolution process. Heyo acts as a neutral intermediary and will make a binding determination within 14 working days.
Heyo is a platform that connects brands and creators. No employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship is created between Heyo and any creator or brand, or between any creator and brand facilitated through the Platform.
The content and data available through Heyo, including creator profiles, follower counts, platform links, and analytics data, are proprietary to Unlimit Lab Limited and/or its users. Automated access, scraping, harvesting, recording, redistribution, or collection of this data is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation.
We employ technical measures to detect and prevent unauthorised automated access, including but not limited to:
Any attempt to circumvent these measures constitutes a violation of these Terms and may also constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages.
The Service contains links to third-party websites, services, and platforms (including social media platforms) that are not owned or controlled by Unlimit Lab Limited. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, practices, or availability of any third-party services.
Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies. You acknowledge that Heyo cannot guarantee the accuracy or availability of information obtained from third-party platforms.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
UNLIMIT LAB LIMITED DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNLIMIT LAB LIMITED AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) £100.
IF YOU ARE A CONSUMER IN THE UK OR EU, THIS SECTION DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unlimit Lab Limited (trading as Heyo), its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and court costs) arising out of or in connection with:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on mandatory provisions of your local law.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also be entitled to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including in connection with any merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other policies expressly referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Unlimit Lab Limited in relation to your use of the Service. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
